We were very happy with this hotel! The front staff is SO SWEET and welcoming. If there were roaches here before, they’ve definitely gotten rid of them. The room was clean, too. The pool was open and it was nice for a morning dip before we headed to the beach. The breakfast wasn’t anything great, but we also got there 5 minutes before they closed so that was our fault. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a very good value for the quality of it. Plus, it has free breakfast and a pool that’s actually open, compared to other places. I lost the piece of paper that the gentleman wrote his and the lady’s name that helped us, but I remember his name was Dave. They were so sweet!

For starters, our room, which was newly renovated, was very clean. The front desk manager was very polite and friendly. Parking was decent. The one feature, above all else, was the amazing water pressure. The water pressure was better than in some high priced hotels that I have stayed in. We will be re-visiting this establishment on our next trip to the Gulf.

Do you know what lipstick on a pig looks like??? Do you know what a bad breakfast looks and taste like? I can deal with most unpleasant things. Even sleeping with one eye open. But one thing I absolutely won’t deal with is a liar, cheat, or crook. When two front desk employees say that I will receive credit back on my credit card for a stay that was cut short, I fully expect the hotel to honor what their employees represented. Well guess what? There’s always an excuse. Obviously, I should have read the reviews. Here we go again…. I had to edit my post, because their response to my review stated that I stayed there before and loved the hotel stay. Once again liar liar makeup false claims. If you all remember, and check your records, with all your cameras, I had a watch taken from our room. I never tried to press any charges or make anyone accountable for the thief. But yet I still gave your hotel a second chance. Once again I got ripped off, I guarantee I will be not back for the third stay.

This Hotel got me in quickly when stranded in AL with a car in the shop. They are working on renovations so I will say the rooms could have been nicer, however the pool was clean and nice. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and willing to help. We also appreciated the morning breakfast!

Although in the US the breakfast service has improved a lot, this hotel did not adjust. They do not have fruits, nor toast, nor eggs. No butter, no jelly, no cream cheese, no honey. Breakfast is very poor, like it used to be many years ago. The breakfast room has only 6 tables even though there is space for many more. Then some guests must have breakfast standing or run to their rooms. Besides the hotel is being renovated and the window sill was not finished and the window was dirty with paint. Nevertheless we did not received any discount. On the contrary, the rate is extremely high if you compare this hotel with much better ones where everything is much better and the rates are cheaper. They do not have any respect for the custumers. It is a hotel to forget.
