UPDATE AT THE END - This review is for the location located on base not downtown Fallon. They do not follow the operating hours nor discounts for Veterans and Federal Employees. When I went to pick up the vehicle the office was close. The employee that cleans the vehicles was the one that tried to do the contract by calling someone to guide him through the process. When I went to return the vehicle the office was close.... I called another office and let them know I dropped off the keys, and was told they will note it in the account... but of course did not work that way. I dropped off the keys at 10:07 am, the final bill showed 5:30 ish, so they charged me another day. I disputed the charge with my bank for the day extra as well Military/Veteran/Federal Employee discounts which I did not received, but Enterprise did not accepted my dispute... In my opinion, they are not following the operating hours so they can charge more. Once, again the latter is my opinion, not as Military or Veteran or Federal Employee. UPDATE - as July 16, 2024 - I reported it to Enterprise HQ, I was told the regional office will contact me. As of today, nothing has happened. I followed the instructions that the person who answered this review, and nothing has happened.

Worst ever customer service, we had a reservation today at 2:30 PM , we went there the car was not available and saying there is zero car available, the front guy ( Daniel ) was so rude and even didn’t try to help us, very disappointed.When we drove to the location we even saw the car that we booked . The car was at the parking spot. Daniel said someone booked the car before you. So unprofessional!!!!!! We drove 2 hours to pick up the car that we reserved and it was such a horrible experience. This place is scam and liars. Do not go there !!!! Be careful of the scammers that are working there !!!! SCAMMERS!

Thanks a lot booked a car 3 weeks in advance. Didn’t have any the day I was supposed to leave to go to my son’s graduation and I missed it. Also very rude and no customer service etiquette at all!!

They NEVER have the vehicle that you book. NEVER. Sometimes the vehicle matters. The agents are always really nice, but I have wasted a lot of time over the years trying to rent from them.

Rented the car a week in advance online. Went to pick it up and was told they didn't have the vehicle. Terrible service.
