My experience over the time there renting a storage unit here from Pam, has been amazing! Friendly, clean and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for storage needs climate controlled units to drive up units. It was bitter sweet when having to close out my unit. If I ever need storage needs in the future this storage facility would be the place!

Pamela was amazing and helped me figure out what location I needed to rent from and which truck was the best option for me. She also helped me pick out a storage unit but at the last minute plans changed and I wound up not needing one. If you ever need anything from U-haul, Pamela is the person you want to talk to.

Pamela was awesome! I had such a long week, and her professionalism and knowledge assured me that I chose the right place. This is right off Rt 70 and has a security system that is reassuring. She offered Uhaul products and services as far as options, which are the keystone to Uhaul and their mission. Kudos!

Owner and staff extremely unprofessional. Sub par customer service skills/ communication skills. The truck that we reserved was not there. Told us to wait a few hours. Then, Gave us another truck with an old battery that died on us in the middle of the move. Completely unapologetic and rude when we brought the truck back. Would not recommend. Will never use again.
