The waitress asked what we wanted to drink and then left. 30 minutes later a guy came out of the kitchen and we asked if we could order with him. He said he’s the cook and would be right back. He walked to the coffee place across from this restaurant and sat down to drink his coffee over there. The place has very few people as seen in the pictures but no one is being helped. This place needs to fire their morning staff. They take hourly pay as being paid to do nothing. Terrible service and menu pricing isn’t good either. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup to-go. Took about 20 minutes and only came out after we reminded them again. Servers were not friendly. When it finally came, soup container was about 1/3 full and lukewarm. “Grilled” cheese wasn’t even properly melted and barely had any cheese in it. I don’t expect much from airport food but this was unacceptable quality. Waste of $17.

I was not helped or acknowledged when I sat down so after about 5-10 minutes I asked the server if I could go ahead and order - he curtly said he needed to enter his one order in first before being able to help me (didn't know servers could only take one order at a time?). When he came over, he just opened his book and said "alright..." to himself and stared at me without asking if I was ready or if he could help me or anything. I uncomfortably gave him my food order (2 appetizers to try) and he asked "BOTH?". Yes, both. The other reviews that talk about the poor service and restaurant closing early consistently without adjusting their hours are all true. I have time stamps on my photos. Their hours were until 7pm. At 5:17, my server hand-signaled "5-4-5" to the other servers (to signal that they would close early at 5:45) and turned the restaurant sign around. At 5:23, my server put out ropes and turned the menu sign around to deter customers. At 5:35, my server started flipping chairs on all the tables and turning customers away. He very aggressively would tell them that they were closing in 10 minutes and that they needed to order now and take food to go if they wanted to eat. They dimmed the lights on us as well. After finally getting my food, a friend came to join me and since they did not want to take orders and were "closing", she just shared what I already had on the table. We ate for a few minutes before they turned the lights off on us. Our server was on his phone behind my friend at the long table by the flipped chairs, shaking his leg anxiously for us to leave. He would let out a big sign and walk around again before coming back to lean on another counter. We felt uncomfortable, and the lights were off, so we just got up and left before we finished our food. The cheese curds were burnt and hard, and the pretzel bites were oily pretzel sticks with hardened cheese for dipping (though I couldn't dip anything into it). Incredibly unprofessional and so rude. I cannot believe how the restaurant staff were acting and treating their customers.

I should have looked at the reviews before I set foot in that place. I ordered a grill cheese for $16.00 that supposedly had "white and cheddar Wisconsin cheese" on it. If you took the thinnest slice of processed cheese you could find and slice it in half, it would still be more cheese than what was on this. It was like they just painted orange on the bread. I know airport food is expensive, but this was beyond ridiculous. The waiter had the personality of a rock too.

Burger was ok a bit dry, service was not great, Jeff was very rude when we asked for a menu. We wanted to just turn around and leave. Didn't get the tiny cup of coleslaw that was included in the meal, had to ask for it.
