I went in today to try and buy 10 hamburgers from the butcher counter for my husbands 60th birthday tomorrow. There were 12 large ones behind the counter in the window case available. I asked the butcher for 10 ( all of which are my children and grand children and my husband not some crazy large party ) and he came out from behind the counter, and handed me a pack. I said no I would like 10 of the ones behind the case. He refused and stated that he wouldn't sell me them. I asked why, his response was because then there wouldn't be enough for other customers.... There were 12... I wanted 10, leaving 2 for others and they could make more at their leisure..... Horrific customer service. I went down the street to Lowes Foods instead. They happily gave me 10 from the case. The lack of customer service here is reprehensible. The head store manager had nothing to say for their actions. As the mother of 7, I do a lot of grocery shopping... and spend quite a bit. I will not shop here again.

Customer Service is dead here. The cashiers lack the basics of a greet and engagement with customers. I'm about done with my regular shopping here. It's not worth mentioning to the managers as they lack good customer service skills too. Never a greet from them while shopping. I've always enjoyed the reasonable prices, decent quality produce and meat, and fuel points. But the poor customer service by all is enough to run me off. Glad there are other choices nearby like Publix and Lowes Foods.

Wish it was managed better as this is clearly the problem.. *Constantly getting home to find out of date products from last year and can't seem to figure out why... Deli has improved but still slow. Lately produce/potatoes has been questionable/spoiled Biggest flaw is zero baggers at registers causing long lines; Saturday's 1 lane open, zero baggers, huge lines yet there's employees blowing, or sweeping when clearly helping the one lane open is much more important but again poor management. Manager walks around hands in pocket NEVER helping when they could and other stores directors/managers do. I go to Publix alot more for this reason. Nice clerks let me say that, they just have no help from management during busy times. Corporate or store director needs to come make a change way to much money in the area to run like this or maybe thats the reason its over looked!?!

Place is going down hill. Empty shelves, empty produce, evic coupons dont match app. Clerks ring things up like zombies. Self checkout thinks you are steeling every item. I will give credit to the butcher shop staff and the assistant managers they have who seem to have to do everything including on line shopping. Most importantly, the deli is joke. Another set of zombies

I'm in love with the bakery of this place ! My favorites are fruit pie or cake with fresh fruit on the top of the crust all cover with some soft layer of sweet jelly almost neutral but sweet enoug to exalt every natural fruit flavor .It's sublime !!! Also I like carrot cake and the litthe cups with differents kind of dessert like tiramisu ,banana pie ,etc Sea food is really good and fresh.
