We were in a road trip vacations and decided to stay here because the Comfort Inn Hotel was fully booked. We called the hotel first to verify availability. When called they said the night rate was $175 plus a $50 refundable deposit at checkout. Because we saw a better rate online we booked online before drove to the hotel. When arrived they charged a $100 security deposit when noticed it was an online booked. The hotel was so noisy and had a huge bad smell. They had plug-ins all over including the A/Cs to hide the bad smell but it make it worst. They gave us a room with a broken A/C and without a phone. We tried to stayed but the room was so hot! We talked at front desk and he changed our room. Same conditions room, had an old phone that didn't work, at least the A/C worked. We were able to sleep despite of the bad bed mattress conditions. The curtains are so old that have little holes, The furniture at the lobby and hallways had stains all over. The furniture at the rooms are very old and deteriorated. This hotel must be closed! Do not stay in this hotel NEVER! We were worried about bed bugs. WORST HOTEL EVER!

The rooms were clean and the person was friendly. The place needs updating and they need to lower the price. Bc they advertise breakfast. When we went downstairs to ask about the breakfast. They said they don't have it. I have been to other hotels that were cheaper and had breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable. There for I'm giving them a 3. 5 Stars not 4

Everything just horrible, we reserved a room with jacuzzi and they give us another much more simple and dirty and paid for the better one, and they refuse to give the money back. More than 40 minutes to be attended in the lobby because the receptionist was in a room sleeping (this at noon).

This hotel was clean and decent for my overnight stay. Hotel location is close to premium outlets, Mt Airy Casino and a few cute shops to visit down the main road. Dunkin Donuts and Wendy’s is within walking distance. Tread carefully as the parking lot has some potholes. Staff was nice which is always a plus.
