Booked ahead and paid $9.50 just to be charged an “overage fee” when I had booked the parking for an event at moody center. Moody center is a 15 min walk away and the parking would not extend past the end of the show…garbage to charge ahead and charge even more because they don’t have their logistics figured out

Horrible experience - during our latest scout event - I booked a spot online for their parking address in downtown Austin - reached there in the morning - neither the QR code worked, nor the machine took a credit card. Tried the other entrance, and the same story. Nobody onsite to help you. I caused hassle for others behind me too - even they could not get thru to parking. SAE your money - better to bet on finding on a street parking than this place!

The parking spots are soooooo cramped it’s like they want the cars to get in an accident. They have a late return fee for the key card, which is understandable, but what isn’t is when you return it within the grace period and still get charged. I emailed and called the same day I returned it, I showed proof of email, and I told them to look at their CCTV. The same individual I spoke to the day I returned my key card, Travis, cced his manager, Hannah, to the email, and neither one of them reached back out to me about the issue. They said I had a grace period, that after that period they can’t issue refunds. Why was I charged if I turned it in within the grace period? Why didn’t anyone try to help me resolve the issue? I’m frustrated, and hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. If I see anyone replying to this review it’s hypocritical. Don’t contact me now after I posted this because I’m angry :)

It took me weeks to cancel my monthly subscription. They wouldn't answer emails or follow up on open issues to be resolved. They took one month to send me the cancellation form and they didn't acknowledge the reception after 8 days later, so I ended up paying 38 days extra plus a 25$ late payment fee. If you are planning to enroll on a monthly plan with them, be patient and good luck. No one seems to be accountable for anything going on in this parking.

Just don't park here. I parked at this garage for a quick visit into the Target store. I originally went to pay with a card since I do not typically carry cash.The machine took my card for quit some time before saying it did not accept cards at this time. "Luckily" my parking was only $3 and I was able to find a $5. The machine only gave me $1.25 back in change. I pressed the button for assistance and of course no response. In addition to not giving me the correct change, the receipt function was also not working. I know its only 75 cents but at least get machines that gives back correct change and a receipt.
