Worst customer service ever. Waited 45 mins to buy a sweatshirt only to be ignored and spoken to rudely when he decided to come back from break. His words, you think because you want to buy something I don't get a break? Should have just walked off with the sweatshirt.

Jordan was the NICEST and super helpful. I was eyeing a sweatshirt and she had the foresight to offer a shirt with the same design. Purchased! I also bought the best postcards, and when I found out there aren’t any postboxes in the concourses, Jordan graciously took them to mail them from her home. I love snagging goodies from the kiosk whenever we come to town. She made this time super special. Big 🫶🏻

Does anyone even work at the booth in the airport? I’ve literally never seen someone in the booth. Stopped by during their open hours both leaving and returning to Mke this week. Waited a half hour each time to make a purchase. No one. At least a dozen people also stopped by wanting to buy clothes but not seeing anyone to buy from
