I was with the Drone Training School team working and we found this location close to us. We are very happy and grateful the half this restaurant was close to us and for the service and employees that are very helpful and friendly. Everybody here was very welcoming. The food was great. The location was clean and organize and the parking lot. What’s good plenty parking for everybody. We will come back soon.

Bad service, I ordered 2 sides of rice but they only gave me one. The chicken was burnt and the beans is mostly all water. I tried calling customer service for 30 minutes but no one answered. Be attentive and check your order before leaving, they always mess up orders.

For the last 6-8 times I been there either driveway or in person they always miss placed the order, today I orders and the Cesar salad not even have dressing and they serve me 14 chicken for 1/2 that I order .. is like they don’t care or the manager is not on top of the employees .. very disappointed

As far as fast places go, Pollo Tropical is pretty decent. Reasonable prices and pretty good chicken. But probably the best part are their sauces. We like the cilantro based one the best. Pretty easy place to park and get in and out of as well. It seems like the drive through lanes are usually pretty busy in this chain.

The most disgusting experience happened to my Mother today just a few hours ago. Chicken was RAW and not happy with that a cacaroach was inside her Cesar salad. She is a regular there and never again will she be there. Be aware, do not eat there.
