This Walgreen should close ,yesterday 02/17/2024. I left a prescription for a medication and the girl on the 7pm shift told me that it would be there in an hour. Due to personal problems I was not able to pick up the medication. when I went to pick him up. The staff that was on that shift told me that they didn't have that medicine, and I said why they hadn't called me the day before to let me know. And the other problem is that he had an address from me. which was not, a medicine in the system that was not the one in the prescription, etc. in short. they do a very bad job. I stayed another two days whiteout my medicine. I should fire everyone for the lack of professionalism. since They work with sick personnel.

Painfully inefficient. Every time I walked in there were 4-5 staff members in the pharmacy talking, but no one was actually assisting customers. Most of the staff speak limited English (too little to communicate I simply need to pickup my refill) and it results in a further delay while they find someone to communicate with me. I’ve been waiting 4 days for a routine refill that was going to be “available the next day after 11am” and every day I’m told to come back the following day. The last visit I was the only person standing in line and waited 3-4 minutes before someone came to the counter to assist me, then the woman asked me to wait so she could scan another pharmacy tech’s food & drinks she was buying. Both were eating and drinking at the pharmacy counter. It seems like this location needs a major intervention from management.

Worst experience ever! I went to drop off a prescription that my doctor ordered for me and without even look at it the pharmacist said that they didn't have it. I asked for my options because I have been coughing for a week I even have lost my voice because of the cough and she didn't care. I meant nothing to her. I, a sick person, meant nothing to a health care provider. How in this world can a health care provider NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO A PATIENT. I begged for options 3 times, and she said that was harrassment, she even refused to accept my prescription even after speaking to my physician and verified the legitimacy of my prescription. She finally didn't give me MY MEDICINE and she gave me another medicine according to her with a similar effect. I just want to let all of you know that you have rights and this lady who calls herself a pharmacist is taking them away. Not going back to this pharmacy EVER.

Was on hold for 20 minutes and hug up on instead of answering my call. Then called and told robot to speak to the manager on hold for another 30 minutes and hung up on. Hire more staff so you can answer the phone.

Every time that I go there is a lot of time of wait, even when they are available atending no costumers , Im talking about the pharmacy side, is horrible
