Welcome to Miami, "Crashed Car" No one is held responsible!! customer service office, they tell you that there is not 1 security for each car. No security around the parking

My full size Range Rover was towed from the high vehicle lot. There were three others in the lot at the same time. Driving height of my car is over 7’. Stopped and googled it before entering and then felt confident after seeing all the other same cars. Just a money grab by the airport. Treated disrespectfully and charged unfairly. Will follow up with my attorney. Meanwhile probably 50 regular sized cars parked in high lot under cover and none towed

Had trouble finding the car. It's so big. Also, I trouble finding someone to point us in the right direction. I did have the right area and I knew the floor and space, still very confusing.

Nice place. Many indicators (Green or Red) don't work! They show you 150 places but is not true because the roof indicator don't work! The price is very good I am always use the parking service because I don't want to stress others when I go to the airport saying good bye or hello to my family or friends….. Please use the parking don't increase the waiting line….
