I went to the Greyhound Bus Station earlier in the day but it was close but there was a notice on the door so I came back about 3:45 pm. It wasn't crowded and I didn't have to wait very long to be taken care of. I purchased a round trip ticket to Tifton,Georgia and back. My questions were answered and I was able to taken care of my business in a very short. The station was clean and only a very people were present. The agent was very polite and helpful. This was the first time I had used Greyhound since my mom died seven years ago. I use to travel back and forth to see her after every two or three months while she was sick. I miss her so much.

I've never been to a bus station or on a bus, so my expectations weren't very high. I was delighted to find friendly folks and clean, modern equipment in play. Our flight got canceled in Miami, and every other option was sold out for days.

Very bad experience. I loose the bus thanks to the misinformation and bad organizations of the place. Nobody cares about . Maintenence the worst employees ever . The police there ( two girls) they don't care too. Nobody helps . Bus employees nobody knows where they are. First pic 8.19 , second 8.25 .

Not enough attendants at the counter, light-years away from the airport terminals (I walked at least a mile & the moving walkways were broken). Tried calling from my plane several times & no answer. Missed my bus due to how far away it was & wasn't even offered another solution (refund, next bus, options or suggestions). Just you missed it, next. Small waiting area for such a large airport & location. Some outlets in a concentrated area & the wifi doesn't work.
