I been a Chase customer (private client) for 11 years and this branch has the worst private client manager she was rude and she didn't even hear what I was about to say. All I wanted to do was a wire transfer. She told me I had Go sit down and wait 30 minutes. Super rude

If you want to get Rubbed at the ATM like it just happened this week you go here. There Drive through ATM never works. This pl is the worst.

I have been a Chase customer for many years and have been generally satisfied. However, my recent experience at this branch when trying to do a wire transfer was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, particularly the women who work in this branch, as they seemed unwilling to assist me with the wire transfer.

I was very satisfied with the costumer service that was provided to me by Karina Brocks. She was very kind and very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend. I was very nervous about an account issue I had but she helped me.

Useless staff with no desire to work, waited a week for opening a business account and they wanted to reschedule me over being 16 minutes tardy, when there was nobody at the branch on a Wednesday morning. Truly Useless turning away millions of dollars in banking.
