Wow. The fact that I have to walk around with $6 worth of wipes in 2 "safes" says more about California than it says about Walmart. 0 stars for Newsome, 4 for Walmart.

This place needs to work on a lot. I come here all the time for my online orders. And never any good experiences. Why make a scheduled pick up when you don't go in order and make people wait over an hour? I pulled up and checked in. 3 people that got there after me were given their order, and I waited an hour before I stopped someone and asked what was going on? They have 5 people on online orders yet take 15 minutes in between orders to come out with the next one. And it's only one worker that comes out at a time. I have to watch them unload now because 3 times I've had missing or damaged items. Need to work on your strategy better. It's 100 degrees outside. You shouldn't have to wait that long ever.

Most of the store is locked up now days, so if you have all day to shop and wait on employees to open case and put item in another lock case to carry to register. Lucky you. So I buy the things I can put in my cart. I buy everything they lock up somewhere else.

Every single time I have done a delivery or pickup order, they leave out some of the items they’ve charged me for, usually around 1/4-1/3 of my entire order. Super frustrating. Trying to shop inside isn’t a great experience either- dirty, reeks of pot, and so much is locked up. It takes forever to get anyone to help you, and the produce selection is always abysmal. So many grocery staples are always “out of stock.” This store alone was the nail in the coffin that made me cancel my Walmart+ membership.

I went to Rancho Cordova Walmart (2457) and went thru the express check out and a young lady was so sweet to help me with items and a lovely smile. I believe her name is Monse (I took a pic of her name) thank you for your help❤️
