This Walmart is a semi-annual stop for us as we snowbirds migrate south in the fall and north in the spring. Always well stocked, fresh produce and selections. Friendly helpful staff. And they are kind enough to allow overnight parking for travellers which we always appreciate and thus go spend our grocery money there. Seem like a great helpful team which we don’t find at all stores. Always feel safe here and that’s a big thing for travellers.

Amber in deli is so awesome she was so patient and kind with my crazy kids she was so so good with my kids and made us want to choose this deli for lunch every time we're in mccook. She was truly amazing and had great customer service skill . It's hard to find good workers like her around. She seemed to genuinely love her job and love people. I loved our experienced today we will definitely be stopping by the deli anytime we see her working from now on

A picture I took there, a kid in the grocery delivery dept named Trevor saw that I was upset. I had just found out that I lost my Mom in Mississippi and I was by myself and just crying and I told him he didn’t have to wait with me but he refused to leave until I felt like I could atleast breathe for a second. I don’t think I’ll ever forget Trevor he did something kind for a victim of abuse and someone he didn’t know and who just her mom and was in a whole different state. He a super Walmart hero! GeauX Trevor! A little bit of New Orleans for you there!

It's clean and I usually find what I'm looking for. Prices are about as reasonable as one could expect. The pharmacist is especially friendly and helpful. Just wish there were a drive-thru!

This trip got watermelons to cut up and share! One piece that was pre-cut by Walmart employees in the store from the produce department can cost nearly $11 off the shelf!! I can get an entire melon for under $5 and cut it up, divide it among 2 or 3 friends and we all have plenty great fruit for days!!
