My husband and I had booked a reservation online well before our June 1st check in for a wedding. Upon checking in they stated that they were going to charge my card $100, which was not stated on any of the sites. Due to working in hotels for many years, I knew you should not charge incidentals but hold them so we said we would not be paying this. Mind you my room was already paid for. The lady at the front desk told my husband and I on two separate occasions that if we called who we booked through, it would be canceled. Upon doing so, they informed us that the front desk said they cannot refund us. I went to confront the lady just as she was overcharging another guest. She had two very angry women in her lobby and began acting like a child by ignoring and walking away. I refused to leave until it got fixed as I had nowhere to go. We were late to our wedding and beyond upset at this point. I sat in the lobby and waited, along with the other individuals. They finally canceled the reservation but not after the hassle and lying from the hotel. As someone who has worked at hotels for many years, choose a different hotel. There are many who will simply hold the money, be in better condition, and have well trained staff. We slept on a friend's couch to make sure we had a place to sleep.

We are beyond not happy! Called this hotel directly to make a reservation several days in advance. Reservation was confirmed. We were supposed to check in last night, however when we arrived we were told that the hotel was completely booked and they had no room for us!!!! When we started our five hour drive, I even called to double check that all was well and let the front desk know what time we were coming in, I was assured all was well. Once we arrived, we were told that a third party company over booked their hotel. So here we are five hours from home with no where to stay!!! Everywhere is booked because it’s Memorial Day Weekend!!!!! We ended up having to drive home!!! Needless to say I won’t be booking with this hotel/ chain ever again! They don’t even hold rooms for people who book directly with them!!! Thankfully we were able to drive home, I couldn’t imagine if we had flown across the country we would have been completely stranded!!!! Do Better!!!

Stayed over due to flight cancellation, they have a shuttle service to and from the airport. The room is large and clean, though a bit sparce - no dresser or table for clothing. The smell of Pine-Sol, or similar cleaning solution, was a bit strong though we just open the door bit to air out. The bed was very comfortable and the desk clerk was very helpful and kind. Noted they are undergoing renovations in areas. IHOP in front for convenient meals.

It was under renovations therefore it wasn't an entirely pleasant stay. Room was very clean. Except stain on the bed. Which was the bad thing. AC filter were like literally new. There was no place to hand towels or swimsuit (went to the parks) Just the drawers. Again experienced the cushion type of pillows lol not fill size. But room was comfy. I liked the breakfast options. Everything to-go style. Muffins, waffles, sandwich(all in packages)etc. Nothing really fresh. But it's okay for a day or two. Oh it's like a motel, so you will literally hear people walking, or 2am drunk screaming ladies or guys. There is an IHOP right next to it. Very convenient:)

Nothing like the pictures, TV was a little 32 inch, no dresser to put your clothes away. We saw a roach, and they had mouse traps. Thank God it was only 2 nite never again. But we got what we paid for. 😆 🤣 😂
