This place is astonishing! The café vibe is just incredible. You don't see these places much these days. I stopped by the first day Goldenseal had opened its doors and the staff was super welcoming and extremely friendly. My favorite part is how the staff know me by the name now since I visit at least twice a day and drinks are great especially the Lime Rickey’s and the Ice Cream Floats as well as the Expresso. I am super excited for the pharmacy. My family and friends will be switching to here! Keep up the great work!

Goldenseal Apothecary is a blast from the past and a perfect thing for North Andover! A local, family owned pharmacy and “soda shop,” Goldenseal has the best customer service, the BEST milkshakes and Nutella lattes, and the best windows for bar-stool people watching. Love them!

I was referred to Goldenseal Apothecary by my prescribing doctor after I voiced my concerns, and frustrations, that I was having with a certain "big chain" pharmacy. There is no way I could describe my gratitude and respect for this establishment, simply in review online, but I will try. There isn't a single bad thing I could possibly think to say after using the pharmacy for about a year now. Every visit I have at Goldenseal is remarkably pleasant. When I call with concerns or questions it translates that they sincerely care about my well being. They're patient, thoughtful, informative, helpful, understanding, caring, and polite. Basically, everything that you would like to experience from a business. I could go on all day absolutely raving about how much I truly love coming here. Thank you Goldenseal Apothecary! For honestly caring for our community as much as you do.

I love having this alternative to CVS. There are no lines, friendly service, and if you need some cough medicine, etc, the pricing is very good! I now stock up on my medicine closet from them while I’m picking up any Rxs. And the kids love their soda fountain.
