This is an upscale university bookstore. The gear selection is good. The product quality is good. The facility and layout are very good. The service is friendly and helpful, in a laid-back way. Some will complain because of the cost of low volume custom products. It is the same at any university bookstore. If you want these premium custom products, just pick what you like and hand over your credit card.

Great customer service! Buy your school supplies here but your KU gear will be most expensive here. Check thrift stores and reuse first unless you are looking for something specific.

For design/illustration students: Great alternative to print your work if you don't want to deal with Steve. That man-child is a highly unpleasant person.
