Manager has zero customer service, placed an order through app, was handed the wrong order. I called and advised her about the error that was made, and she just had the nastiest attitude, this Popeyes needs new management and new staff. Nothing is in place and all the staff is just so rude. Never coming to this location.

After placing my order at the speaker 3 times I drove to the window and placed my order 2 more times. Maybe turn the music down and do your job. 2 3 piece should not difficult to comprehend. WRONG Received 2 2 piece most of which was in the bag not the boxes. Cold. What do you expect from a 16 year old in charge of a business. Pathetic

I Like To Say : I Like The Fried Chicken 🍗 From Popeye's The Taste Is Amazingly Good , And The Fries Are Also Good . So I Say I Love Popeye's 👍 .

We're out of town, in Laredo. Decided to stop in for their new item, Voodoo tenders, and of course a sandwich. We were told that they didn't have the sandwiches..WHAT! they're supposed to be BACK! We then ordered the tenders and were told that they don't have the chives for the Voodoo tenders. Bummer, BUT BUT! The cashier and the others were very nice and had really good customer service. How could you be mad. They did a good job.

Food was cold, ordered 30 minutes before online upon arrival and order wasn’t ready. Food was cold and manager was relaxing talking to the employees. Bad service wouldn’t recommend this Popeyes.
