Worst budget chain out there. Hands down. I bought an alarm clock from there. (My fiancé was having trouble waking up to the phone alarm) and the thing didn’t even come with a volume button. Like I didn’t think to read the box to look for a volume control who sells garbage that doesn’t have a volume control? The store wouldn’t return it, not within 5 business hours of purchase, with receipt, and full product packaging. They asked if I wanted to exchange it and for what? Another p.o.s? No where in the store does it say written or verbally that there is no return on electronic products. Never going to this chain again they are trash

So I guess we live in a society where women can yell why are you touching me at a teenage boy and people automatically believe her. My son is a VERY well behaved kind boy who doesn't cause problems with anyone. My son was kicked out of this store solely of the belief on some Karen on her high horse. I remember a time when you can send your kid to the store for some milk and not be judged, man handled, and kicked out of a store. Then when I call the store to get answers I had to call three times and it just rang and rang then when someone FINALLY answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager I was told No lmaoooo great customer service. I am discussed by the professionalism and the prejudice people working in this store. How dare you treat a child this way! Shame on you!!!

Carts can't go outside so as a small woman carrying 4 12 packs of soda and a bag with my keys ready was difficult to say the least. I was prime territory for crime tho. And since they do this you need to limit yourself to purchases you carry. Would have bought more but a small bag and four 12 packs was my limit. Stopping at Walmart now, even tho I was trying to avoid that. Learned my lesson. Will not be back as they have zero respect for paying customers with this single act. I don't care what other people do, more customers than not use them properly and to punish everyone is just trashy.

Went to return curtains with my receipt within 10 days of purchase which I wanted to receive my cash back. The manager came out to do the return and proceeded to tell me that she could not give me my cash back because they did not have enough money in their register. I told her I wanted to receive my cash back but she VERY rudely said “no I was just getting a gift card”. She was very rude and unprofessional and it was hard to believe that they would not have 32 dollars in the register to put through my return. If she was not so rude it would have not been perceived this way as I would understand them having an issue but I was very disappointed in the way the “manager” would act and I will never shop there again.

Racial Profile my husband he comes in their on his pay day to get house hold stuff and Spanish worker with glass always follows him around I came in the store yesterday night with him to get snacks I asked him to go get a Gatorade she walks behind him peeking around the corner the people they should follow they don’t I think their prejudice to black people I ask my husband don’t wear a hat in their store because they have a picture of a black man shoplifting post on front window of store. My husband is not even from this state so I just asked him to not wear a hat in their store.
