Amazing helpful staff! Great quality for the price, and they are truly working hard to improve the whole property which is always a plus!

The rooms were horrible. The staff was not friendly. I do not recommend this place at all. There was cat hair on the top of the complimentary breakfast tables. The office chair in the room was nasty as you will see in the photos. One of the visitors friendly dog got into the lobby and I could hear the clerk all the way outside yelling at the visitor about his dog. The rooms were fairly cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. There are better places to stay at about the same price.

As far as hotels go, this one is decent. There wasn't a table and chairs in the room, like with what's posted in other reviews, bit there was a desk with a desk chair, a mini fridge, 2 flat screen tv's that were sitting in front of each other, a hair dryer, coffee make with coffee but no creamer, an ironing board but no iron, cups, ice bucket, and some mini toiletries. The pool was clean but very cold. The light in the pool needs to be mounted back on as it's hanging at the bottom of the pool by its wire. There are several decals near the front of the pool of 3 dolphins circling 2 fishing that look like koi but have the coloring/markings of clown fish. The front and back of the pool are only 3 feet deep, where as the middle is 5 feet deep. I'm 5'9" and can touch the bottom of the middle when standing. Would definitely go again as the place was quiet and no one else was in the pool but me! They do have wifi and the pin is 1235abvi. I had to call the front desk for that but not before fiddling with the phone cord and it had to be held in while making a call because it is broken.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here! This is a very racist , unprofessional and moldy smelling facility. My experience was an unpleasant one. When I arrived, I was not greeted, but stared down by a woman with her arms folded looking at me in disgust. I arrived around 11:30 pm . I asked her if there were any rooms available and she quoted a price much higher than I seen online. So I thanked her, and went back to my car and realized I didn’t feel like looking for another hotel. So, I went back inside to tell her I would take the room and she went up on the price $5.00! I reminded her of the first price quoted just minutes ago (literally) She did give me the price originally quoted. Once I got to the room, there was a very strong moldy smell. I didn’t complain because i was tired and just wanted to lay down. I put my insulin in the refrigerator and showered. The next morning, the parade was about to begin so I rushed to check out . I came back after the parade because I realized I left my insulin in the fridge. When I went back to get it, my insulin had been THROWN AWAY!!!! I was told that there was no medication there. I was taken to the room and shown that the fridge was EMPTY! This was the most inconsiderate thing you could ever do! I was here from another state and had to jump through hoops to get my medication refilled! There was no apology given. I would advise all who pass through the town to keep going and find a better place to stay! PS. I didn’t want to give any stars but in order for me to continue I had to select at least one Star! ( 0 stars is my true rating)
