The theater is located inside a dying mall which gives the customer a sense of depression and dread. Having closed stores surrounding the theater make you want to turn around and run to your car. The theater itself is smallish and somewhat dark in its colors and tones. The workers are very friendly and respectful and the prices at the concession stands are comparable to other theaters; meaning they are pricey (almost $7.00 for a large bottle of water!) I think I will not return to this establishment unless I'm forced to.

Really good customer service here with all staff we interacted with both buying tickets and buying snacks. Tabitha was very helpful and friendly over the phone before we went and in person while there. I wish I could remember the ticket seller girl’s name to give her a shout out. She was great, too. HUGE difference between the customer service in Orlando and Leesburg. Theater was clean and seats were comfortable. We had a great experience here!

I really appreciated the ease of getting in the theater and the seats were amazingly comfortable. Also the young man who took our tickets Ricardo. Was very considerate and even held a conversation with me. Would recommend for anyone who loves and appreciates movies as much as I do.

I've been going to this theater since I moved to this area and never had an issue. Today was very different. I purchased tickets for me and my family no issues there. When I went into concession I asked for a large soda for me a small soda for my wife as well as a large popcorn and wanted a water cup for my daughter she is 5. My daughter only drinks from a cup with ice and only water. The employee told me there were no water cups and I would have a buy a kids cup at 2.50??? I asked what am I buying if she is getting water they told me the cup?? Now I've been to this theater many times and they have always given me a water cup for my daughter but this time I'm supposed to buy one for$2.50. I declined and asked for a manager becaues there should be an option for kids that just drink water. Manager came out and lied in my face and said they don't have water cups and haven't since COVID??? What does COVID have to do with water cups? They she said they took them away becaues people were stealing soda and how is that my issue? I asked her well what are you doing for small children that just drink water and she has the nerve to say there is the water fountain? Again we are talking about a small child. So I asked the manager can I get a cup from the food court in the mall and she no you will not be allowed with outside drink I was like it's a cup nothing is in it and she said doesn't matter. She said next time bring a water bottle and I laughed and said that's an outside drink. I know theaters get their money from concession and I bought two drinks and popcorn but for them not to give me a water cup for my 5 year old is wrong.

My main issue with the theater is the fact that it's too far away from my house! 😆 Seriously, I have always enjoyed the AMC cinemas. They're clean and the screen is big and wide and the sound system is very good, which is equally important to the whole "theater experience!" OK, so, everything is not perfect, however. Another issue is that the walls are a bit too thin. I found it really distracting when all the explosions from the movie playing in the next theater over from the one I was sitting in, were shaking the walls! It was during a rather pivotal scene in my movie, too, which made it hard to hear some of the dialogue. But I'm still going to enjoy the heck out of the place because the seats are the real reason I like to go there. It's like watching a movie in a comfortable Barcalounger! I'm still tempted to just bring a travel pillow from home, as I tilt my seat all the way back, and bring the footrest all the way up. But I know that if I do, I will probably fall asleep and miss most of the movie! 😁
