My husband and I are extremely happy with our stay. Housekeeping is on point. Our room is VERY CLEAN. We witnessed several employees cleaning during their shift. The front desk staff is professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. The continental breakfast is great (bagels, cereal, yogurt, muffins,hot pancakes, boiled eggs, juice, fresh fruit, ect.)and well looked after. There is obviously EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT at this location. Five stars all the way!

I was in town from Georgia to be with my Mama in hospice. She passed away after 11:00 at night and I needed a place to stay nearby. I called and Emily was wonderful! She gave me a great rate for the night. She was super sweet and sincere when I checked in after midnight. I’m very thankful!

I absolutely had no issues staying here. The staff were incredibly friendly. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The shower wasn't bad. I want to state that I absolutely saw NO bugs the night I stayed. It's noticable that the building needs updating, but it didn't really effect my stay here. On a occasion I would hear the next room but other than that, no one really bothered me. There's food down the street. My only complaint is that the room was a little small. But it was just me, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

My son, granddaughter and I stayed when we come down to my grandsons graduation . The rooms were very nice and clean, we had breakfast there every morning. There are a lot of other choice close by to have your other meals. My granddaughter loved the pool.

The ONLY reason not 5 stars is the hotel itself is a bit "aged" but that is in no way a deterrent from staying here. The management & staff do a great job taking care of the property & rooms. We stayed for 2 nights while we were in the area to visit our new granddaughter. ❤️ The hotel staff is SUPER friendly. It's a very "family" vibe which my husband and I loved. We were in RM 331 Queen suite. It was spacious, bed was comfortable, but most importantly it was clean. The common areas we accessed were also well kept. Breakfast was decent. It was your normal continental spread with a few extras. Cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, coffee & juice. This is not your "crisp corporate" travel hotel but it's a hidden gem for travelers that want a safe, clean, comfortable, warm & welcoming place to stay. As long management doesn't change anything this will be our go-to hotel when coming to see our grandbaby in the coming years ❤️
