This is such a great little motel! Always clean and comfortable! Usually half the cost of all the other places in North Platte! We have stayed here MANY times. It's the only hotel we stay at now when we come to town. ♡ they usually have some sort of baked goodies. It really is a hidden gem! There isn't a pool or hot tub. No breakfast. But continental breakfasts are usually terrible anyway. 😆 try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Nice little place to stay. It was clean and well kept. Not sure if the guy at the desk was the owner or just staff but either way great job. Love the extra touch of walking you to your room . The muffin for breakfast hit the spot. When traveling from point a to point b why pay for all the extras? Saw some low reviews but it looked to me that they tore up the room and had to pay for the damages. Treat the room as you would your own and I thing you will be alright. Great place👌

I loved my stay here! The person at the front desk was so friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The whole place looked well kept and clean. No complaints from this traveler!

Stopped here on a long road trip and it was wonderful! You can instantly tell that the owners take great pride in the Inn. It is beautifully landscaped and very clean. The front desk clerk even personally walked us to our room. Highly recommended if you are heading through North Platte!

Don't ever stay at Husker Inn or recommend it to anyone. Kept security deposit from 2 different accounts, the individual and his job that paid for a couple nights for him. They had the audacity to go and make up damages. The person stayed 12 days and when they checked out the company got a messsge they were being charged for damages like more than double the amount of original bill. They have no proof of pictures to prove anything to show what it was before, said things were missing, before asking or looking. They said the frame was broken, but when I looked at the frame the next day it was leaning but when i checked out and left the room the morning before the frame and bed was standing straight up. You would know if something like frame was broke because the way it was sitting you would definitely know it was broke because you would not being laying properly. Then there was a couple scuff marks on box spring, i asked do you have pictures to show that those marks weren't there already and they said no. So just because they say it with no prior proof, they can charge total 375 in charges. The room was used for 12 days and was taken care of for them to threaten that there was 4000 bucks worth of damage and cleaning. I would say are you not going to sanitize and re-clean before next customers. Still at this moment the so called list is out there and the 375 dollar bill charges are there. They send a list of stuff they feel was damaged, but as far as I am concerned they have insurance they probably going to file and collect both. Towels get stains and if they pay 132 bucks for a bath towel maybe they should get else where. Anyway if you stay at this motel I would suggest bringing your own bed, bedding, towels and maybe just sleep in your car in parking lot
