I would look elsewhere if needing a hotel along I-80. This was barely adequate for a quick overnight sleep. The whole facility needs a refresh, very run down and lots of things not working (pool, ice machines, etc). There are smoking rooms so the lobby, hallways, and even non-smoking rooms have the scent of smoke. The room was musty / very damp and the AC even on max wouldn't get the humidity out. The carpet was pretty old, room very dated. To be fair, the room was about as clean as they could get it, just can't feel very clean because of the overall condition of the room. Breakfast 1/10. No complaints about the staff, they were fine. Not a nightmare, but I would not choose it again.

The hotel is located by the I80 freeway. Quite convenient. We were able to have our two dogs without being charged the same as us, like many other establishments charge. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The carpet needs to be replaced as it's dated and torn in places. I suppose for a dog room is fine. There were some nice details, shampoo, conditioner, body wash , make-up remover cloth, and some snacks along with the usual coffee and tea. Overall, it's a good bang for the buck.

Rooms are clean, they get a 1 star for service. Very unfortunate. I stay in hotels every night and this one got added to the do not stay list. Requested late checkout, Platinum almost Diamond member. They gave me a whopping 30 mins. Still try to come barging in my room at normal checkout time, then called my room to find out why I was still in it. No apologies, nothing, it’s fine though, I usually get points or free nights when I call corporate.

I feel like i was robbed! Save your money and go elsewhere!! The pool is closed. Not a single ice machine works (front desk told us to go get ice at the gas station). The A/C in the room wont cool the room below about 75 no matter what you set it at. The room key takes about 10 swipes before it actually works. Some of the outlets in the room didn't work. The shower had decent pressure but sprayed the water a bit erratically. The fridge and microwave barely work.

So frustrated that I chose to stay here. First I couldn’t get in my room. Desk clerk remade a card which I knew wasn’t the problem. When she handed them to me she said try lifting up on the handle. Yep that worked. Got settled and went to get some ice. Ice machine NOT WORKING!! Was told I’d need who to the gas station and buy ice. Really?? I’ve stayed here several times. It’s not the best but it seems to be getting worse each time I stop. I will NOT stay here again.
