literally this whole place is cluttered with random holiday stuff. it is so unorganized. i got in and this place was crowded with a ton of people. everything in here is nasty. the simple food order took over 30 minutes. also, the people in the kitchen look so unorganized. shoving french fries into people’s order with their hands. so disgusting. i am very disappointed. also, several of the workers handling our food were picking their butts.

Updated Review 5/28/24 : I have seen a much needed improvement over the last month, especially with the night crew. There have been some minor incidents here and there, but comparing now to a month ago, there has been a huge turnaround. I have noticed customer service improving. More customers are being greeted when they walk in verses a half hour later. Problems that arise are now being addressed sooner than later (incorrect items, out of items, etc). 97% of my delivery orders have been ready for pickup by the time I got inside. There was one long wait time (more than 30 minutes), and that was because of a grill issue. The rest of my orders had a 5 minute wait time or less. Keep up the great work! Old Review: Wait times are far too long. Lack of customer assistance up front at registers inside the lobby. I have seen them tell customers to use the app or ordering screen inside the store without assisting them in doing so. Delivery drivers wait far too long for orders (more than 10 minutes is unacceptable). Some days are better than others. I will consider changing future ratings when issues at hand get resolved.

Ordered a fish sandwich. Add tomato. We didn’t say: add tomato, please take away the fish. 😡. There was no fish on the sandwich. Seriously? Does anyone care? Probably not. It’s McDonald’s. Who actually reads McDonald’s reviews. But seriously. No freaking fish? How do you miss that?

We arrived right after a woman with five kids did. We went to kiosk and ordered our food. It took 17 minutes and finally just standing at counter to get our food. We ate and then went to counter to ask where the woman's order was. I ended up taking her order to her table, because there was not a single employee that would do it. Shame on all of you. You've taken lazy to a whole new level and you need to put up signs that say don't bother to enter the number from the table tent, because the employees at this McDonald's will just wait until you go back to counter to ask when your order will be ready.

I AM SO UPSET 🙄 Me and my mom went here a few hours ago, and I am HIGHLY allergic to any type of dairy product, and I ordered 2 burgers one with everything on it for my mom and my burger needed only onions and pickles. BUT WHAT DO THEY DO? put mustard, ketchup, Barley any onions, 2 smashed pickles, and cheese. I was so upset because we had to go to another town for a appointment. It took over 45 mins just to get out food at least 10 cars behind us LEFT before we even got our food. My mom ordered a LARGE coke and got a small, she also didn't want any ice yet it was in their already. The drinks tasted watered down. Our Fry's were cold and dry. Half of the cholen nuggets weren't even cooked and were squishy, and the others were burnt. Overall I'm just upset. I wish they would've done so much better 🙄
