I am writing to you today regarding an issue that has recurred enough to capture my attention and necessitate reaching out to you. I have noticed a continuous delay in delivering orders, ranging from 10 to 15 minutes, which causes me significant inconvenience. It is worth mentioning that I have observed on several occasions that orders are delivered to customers who arrived after me before I receive my order. This not only affects my personal experience but also raises questions about the efficiency of your order delivery system. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and correct the workflow to ensure that orders are delivered in an orderly manner according to customers' arrival order and within the expected timeframes. Improving these aspects will significantly enhance customer trust and loyalty to your restaurant. Was looking for something healthy and quick for dinner. This hit the spot perfectly. Staff recommended creamy chicken soup with rice. So good in the sour dough bread bowl.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten at. I don’t even want to bother calling for a refund because it’s not worth the effort - it's that bad. What I received wasn’t food; it was an insult. The quality was so poor, and everything was prepared so sloppily. Also so many homeless people inside which made the place smell just awful. I ordered through the app because I had never tried Panera Bread before and wanted to give it a shot. That was a mistake. For anyone reading reviews before going here, I suggest you think twice-this store's food was genuinely disappointing. Here’s what I ordered: the new Kickin’ Grilled Cheese, French Onion Soup, Mac & Cheese, and the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Unfortunately, they were all terrible. - Kickin Grilled Cheese: It was incredibly oily, had a bad sauce that tasted cheap, and the cheese was still a bit cold. Strangely enough, it was the least bad of the bunch. - French Onion Soup: It was missing the signature cheese crust, the soup was too thin, and it lacked flavor. It tasted artificial. - Mac & Cheese: This was like the instant mac & cheese you get from the store-watery and bland. Imagine adding fake powdered cheese to water and microwaving it. That’s exactly what it tasted like. - Ciabatta Cheesesteak: The meat was greasy and of such poor quality that I questioned if it was even beef. If you do decide to go, make sure you don't order as much as I did. Try one thing and see for yourself-it’s really bad. ***Consider yourself warned!***

Original review from 2016: Most Panera locations are top notch, and this one meets that standard. As an added bonus, there is plenty of parking, which is sometimes hard to find in LA Panera locations. 2024 update: I have been eating here since this location opened. This is still one of my favorites. The service is great and the food is excellent. I prefer the breakfast soufflés when I can get here early enough before they sell out. There really are no bad choices with the pick-two sandwich and soup combos.

I called customer service because I was so disappointed. I had someone get me the spicy Buffalo chicken sandwhich.. It's literally just hot sauce and guess what? They didn't have it. o big deal right? WRONG! It wasn't she checked the meal at a table that she saw no buffalo on the sandwhich. She went back to tell them and that is when we find out No sauce. HUH? when she ordered, why didn't you say that? Chicken was dry because it was burnt. Sandwich dry. Brioche has so much butter in it that it should be soft right? WRONG! The bread was old. Crispy little whatevers( 'cause I know not what they are) were not crunchy. I called customer service bc I was so disappointed. He told me this was a franchise and wasn't apart of their network so he could not compensate me( which I was not looking for) I wanted them to know so they could correct it. I'm not going back to this Panera.
