Normally wouldn't take the time but it's important that you know for this particular SB that there is one young lady there who treats the clients like she is doing them a favour. She has a brown hair and has a Very belittling way of talking and looking at people with disgust. First time to happen in any other establishment of this brand. The coffee was a courtesy of the Hotel but that doesn't give you the right to treat people this way. The only thing missing was for her to throw the menu and the coffee at us. If you don't like what you are doing, better go work somewhere else.

To the young girl that was working December 10 at 6:45am you need to be fired. I READ MY ORDER out loud to her and she got it wrong. Okay, fine. I tell her it’s wrong and she got an attitude with my husband saying we were in the wrong. We told her the correct order and she got it wrong again. When we corrected her for a second time she said we would need to pay the difference. We told her to check the receipt and she realized she was wrong. No apology. Just awful service.

It's inside Sheraton Gateway LA Hotel. The food are decently prepared and the cashier staff was friendly. Saw her patiently serving a non-English speaking customer. However, the one making the drink and serving the food was rather rude when the non-English speaking was trying to explain that she needs a bigger bag but the staff just upright replied "I don't know what you saying" and immediately turned away.

Tried to have breakfast this morning, conveniently located in the hotel, but was rejected by the cashier because she didn't have change and didn't bother to suggest payment in other forms like credit cards or Starbucks card, the only thing she could offer me was an apology for not being able to sell me my coffee and croissant. Terrible service and troubleshooting from the staff, truly disappointed by this "top" brand.
