I want to do the biggest review ever to the best professional bank manager Alexander Harris he was nice and welcoming great hospitality, fast paced , well organized bomb customer service and outstanding support, I would highly recommend if your in the LAX area, Los Angeles, California best branch to come and open a bank account or any other services!! I love the team as well as gina plus Evelyn the branch manager !!!. Thank you you guys I highly appreciate you guys thank you and see you guys soon

i come here to cash my paychecks and deposit it at the bofa next door where i bank at. theres always at least like 3 tellers everytime ive been there. no questions asked also when i cash my checks as long as i have my id and a 2nd card. the friggin bofa next door never has more than 1 teller everytime i enter. also i went to a different bofa to cash my other jobs paycheck made out my BOFA and they werent able to cash it saying somthin like they couldnt verify it. AND i bank with them. 100% sure they thought i was scamming because they asked me if i wanted the check back assuming i might go somewhere else and try to "scam" a bank that i bank with. i just said wth no just deposit it then ill wait til the next morning to see my money. im really thinkin about ditching bofa and banking w like a credit union

Camille was a huge huge help setting up a bank account. We definitely didn’t make her job easy, but she consistently tried to figure out ways to help us. We have been trying to set up a bank account for what feels like eternity, but she was able to help us do it in an hour. THANK YOU CAMILLE!! :)

I came to request a letter for immigration purpose, where the bank officer only has to print a letter as a proof of account verification stating the balance. And the banker is like we can’t do that, we have never done that. The same institution created a letter few months back and just so they can get rid of customer they are saying they can’t. Funny part was the guy made up the wait times. I understand they have appointment booked ahead but this one was straight up lie as the guy before me left for him he had waited the guys said will take an hour but for me it would take more than 2 hours.I have been banking with them since they were Wachovia this is the first time I have experienced such unhelpful customer service. Who without properly understanding is straight ready to reject the request. Worst banking experience at Wells Fargo

They now will only use a notary for documents that have Wells Fargo on it. I have a mortgage with them and they wont notarize my quick claim deed to put in a trust I have with them.
