Very fun spontaneous stop over to avoid camping in a weather event. Friendly staff at hotel and casino. It felt a bit like old school Reno, which I see as a good thing. They used clean fry oil in the kitchen so the food tasted good, with huge servings! Had a great time re-learning black jack, last played over 30 years ago. I asked questions and all the dealers rotating through were happy to teach the rules of the game. I felt they were honest and friendly. People were winning. The room was a fair price, definitely run down from age, yet pet friendly and helpful staff. If you want an affordable stop & aren't too worried about a glitzy room- this stay had good value.

It looks like the set of No Country for old men. The room smells like urine and has no cooler, the building has no ice and is 60 meters removed from the main establishment, and the towels feel like sand paper. The lady at the front was nice, and the room at least seems clean aside from the smell.

Everyone we have come in contact with, each time we have stayed, have been so helpful and nice. We always ask for one of the rooms, that face the highway and hills, that have the sliding glass doors and private balcony. The food and service at the restaurant on site has always been delicious. I love the weekend salad bars:) You also can walk across and gamble at Cactus Petes as well. We will always stay here, though!!

My adult son and I stayed at Bartons 93 for 2 nights 5/26 & 5/27. I wasn't anticipating the price of the room to be that price but that's my fault for not getting the price first when I reserved the room. The rooms were clean and stocked. (I wish they had a small refrigerator in there for our leftovers. :-) ) The service was good in the restaurant, hotel and casino. (shout out to Kim at the casino players club desk she is awesome and we were like friends instantly. We like the older 🎰 slots, they are easier to figure out. The casino was too hot for our liking, I think it's so you drink more than spend more. Haha There was an employee that kind of hit my slot machine when it was spinning, I didn't like that. Our overall rating is great! We had a blast! Maybe next time we'll make a bigger withdrawal and smaller deposit. Haha We'll be back.!! Thank you from Christine and Rodney. :-) P.S. it was nice having the buffet open again on Saturday and Sunday breakfast. Good job staff.

A great place. Have been many times because their staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Had only 1 bad experience with a blackjack dealer named Kim. Thankfully, when it was reported to pit boss, the matter was immediately addressed.
