It snowed 62" while I was in Juneau for work. My 4 Runner rental never pause nopr slid. Great car, great tires!

Great customer service. Great value, found on Expedia. Rented a minivan for two weeks. Total cost was $495. Taxes included. Definitely worth it 👌

Excellent service, fast friendly and they fortunately have a rule that every vehicle that is returned is video taped for damage. That is the good part, the bad part is both cars I rented had significant problems, The first had a front bumper that was falling off, the second the mirror control switch was missing, had to manually position the exterior mirrors. Still with that said I'll be renting from them on my next trip to Juneau.

The car they provided me with had a malfunctioning fuel gauge, which wasn't a significant issue. When I returned it today, I filled up the tank to the point where gas overflowed, trying to determine if the problem was with the tank or merely the gauge. Upon return, I noted on the slip about the faulty gas gauge and the fact that I'd filled the tank to its limit. Yet, they still charged me a fuel refill fee, even though it's clear no more gas could have been added to the car. It's disheartening that such a reputable company would exploit a customer for a mere $20. I will not be a repeat customer.
