Amazing service. We had a cancelled flight 20 minutes before departure after driving from San Antonio all the way to Houston. After taking a shuttle here, the nearest place to stay until our next flight, We were assisted by Ms. Leshia at the front desk. She did a last minute accommodation for us when were beginning to lose hope, as it was already 4 am. We became members immediately due to her outstanding service! She was so brief, friendly, welcoming and empathetic to our situation. She also showed us all amenities available to us during our stay. 10/10 definitely recommend! Thankyou again Ms. Leshia!!!

I recently stayed at the Houston Airport Marriott at George Bush Intercontinental and had a fantastic experience. I want to especially commend Ieshia at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. I had a last-minute request, and she went above and beyond to accommodate me in a polite and professional manner. Her exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location to any family or friend and look forward to staying here again.

I spent the night here on May 1 (room 4180) due to an early morning flight and car return rental. I cannot say enough about the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Alyssa, who checked me in that afternoon. As a 69 year old grandmother, traveling alone flying home to Canada with a very heavy suitcase and backpack, she rode down the escalator helping me with my suitcase and made sure I got on the elevator. Not only that, she checked in on me later to make sure I was all settled in! Alyssa was extremely kind and courteous and went the extra mile!! Likewise, Tatiana who took my room service order, was very polite and helpful. Ditto for the room service waiter who brought dinner and the gentleman who checked me out at 5 am on May 2. The room was clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Very nice toiletries provided. I will definitely stay here again if flying out of Houston. Once in the hotel it was easy to access the underground tram to the terminals. If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. Well worth the money to stay here!

I enjoyed my stay here, while it was brief, it was nice. I had help from the lady at front desk (I believe her name is Leshia) she helped me easily get checked in. I appreciate her kindness and how she made me feel welcomed, as a younger adult traveler it’s nice to be treated and acknowledged like the other adults. So a big thanks to her for great customer service.

Ieshia was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me to my room despite it being very late at night and there being a booking issue. She genuinely cares about the guests and goes out of her way to provide great service. There is always a great staff here!
