I was at this Chipotle, there was a hispanic woman very rude and agressive and angry, she didnt respond to the questions and when we wanted to change the drink, the normal coke with Zero coke, she aggresively beat the coke and throw the zero , she acted very rude! I wish I never went to chipotle and will never ever go again!

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. When I arrived, I urgently needed to use the bathroom before placing my food order. Despite explaining that I intended to order, the staff member insisted the bathroom was for customers only. After some discussion, she reluctantly asked me to order first. When I asked why there was a difference, she coldly replied, "That's the policy." This response was not only unprofessional but also incredibly frustrating.

The portion size was so comically small I had to leave this review. It honestly felt like a scam, it seems like this has been normalized these days. Spending $10+ for a small bowl of food is unfortunate, do better. What happened to the old days when they gave a substantial portion???

Food is excellent in person but don't order delivery from here, it's significantly worse. Good prices, restaurant has good seating but it's loud and often hard to have a conversation

Why are quesadillas on the menu if you can’t actually order one at the store? You have to place an online order if you want a quesadilla and then their website and app don’t work. Rude servers that are clearly stoned all the time.
