Really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you for not filling in the hot tub as so many Marriotts have done over the past couple of years or so! I really appreciate that! Nice club level lounge that is open on the weekends. Would be nice to have it open just a bit earlier to get my morning coffee but I’ll settle for open later over not at all. The girl who checked me in was in training but was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to while checking in at 11 pm after a long day on the road. Thank you for a great stay!

Great hotel with full amenities! Was here for a conference as a vendor, and everything was top-notch. Vendor hall has natural light, breakfast served by hotel was good for this type of mass catering, staff helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. Only complaint: no microwaves in our room. That meant no leftovers when ordering Uber Eats. Highly recommend for conferences!

Overall this is a great hotel, which you can traditionally expect from Marriott. It was a very clean room/bathroom, very nice service. Only complaint was that upon checking out the worker behind the desk was alone not yet trained in producing receipts. Other than this, it was a great hotel and would recommend if you are visiting the area!

Stayed for a business conference. Overall the stay and the room were fine. But there were a couple issues. The elevator down buttons (all on this floor) did not work, so we had to push up, then ride up half the time before down to the lobby. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Upon leaving, went to get a luggage cart, was told they couldn't let me take it and to call for one and the bellhop would bring one up. Interestingly when I arrived, they let me take it to the room to unload. I called guest services, twice and they couldn't hear me (phone issue), so I just hand carried my luggage myself. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, however with someone in a wheelchair, this required multiple trips. Again, this is a nice place, and overall the stay was pleasant. It just needs a little maintenance attention.

Excellent experience. From the moment we drove up, the car valets were super friendly and helpful. Every time we walked outside, just to walk around the Galleria Park (a delightful peaceful park), the car valets were ready with a hello, a smile, a greeting. I can say the same for all the security personnel too. The ladies in the Concierge Club Lounge are The Best!! Thank you to Joyce, Patricia and Keron! How delightful to talk to all of you. Thank you for your attentiveness! You always went the extra mile to make us happy! The room was very clean, plenty of towels, plenty of lamps...(could use more hooks in the bathroom, though). We loved our time here.
