My family and I went to H&F Burger on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and had a good, but expensive, experience. We were surprised by the lack of indoor seating; there were several tables outside that we pushed together to accomate our party of six. This venue is clearly tailored to the baseball crowd. The burgers were a little greasy yet delicious. The fries were basic but our kids really enjoyed the crispy onion straws. I would prefer to drive further to Holeman and Finch's restaurant for more options and a better environment.

H&F at SunTrust park is horrible! Their customer service is pathetic to say the least. I have a pickle allergy and when I asked for no pickles, they say they could not modify my order. Not even speaking with the useless manager would do it. The H&F in Ponce is definitely the best and the service cannot be compared to the one at ST park. I will never be back to this location even when its closer to my house. Hopefully H&F would address the issues that everyone is complaining about, the modifications and quality of food.

Absolutely the worst burger I've ever had. A one-star rating is too high. We grabbed burgers before the crowd started before a Braves game. The top of the bun was hard... not like nice and toasted, but like it had been under the warmer for 2 hours. Then, the meat was tough and chewy. The absolute worst part though, was when I reached the pickles in the middle. They were sweet bread and butter pickles. Who in the world uses these on a cheeseburger instead of dill? Worse yet, who does it without warning the general public? Considering how many good restaurants are in the battery, this place will be out of business very soon.

By H&F original standards, our experience is really a one on a five star rating. Order took long (and they were not busy), meat quality was average and overcooked, fries portion was tiny for the price ... and overall flavor just wasn't there. H&F corporate needs to step in and fix this pronto, or take their name off the concept at The Battery. You're going to kill the brand if you don't fix this soon ... we recommend going to Antico and grab two beers for the same price. You won't be disappointed there. Sorry H&F ... hope you can improve things soon!!!
