Coffee was hot and served quickly. Donut was soft as well. They have a self-serve option but it didn't not display all the donuts available, so I had to order the donut in person. They also have decaf coffee which was good because I had an evening flight and did not want to stay up all night. No seating area.

We had a good experience here. We only took coffee and toasted cheddar cheese twists. Coffee was very hot and tasted. The cheddar twists were soft, fresh. Prices are, of course, higher than outside of airport Dunkins have, but not too high as I was expecting. The service was a little on the slower side, even though there was only 1 order in front of us. This Dunkin is located on the 2nd floor of Terminal 1 (departures) , the food court level. There are plenty of tables here. When we came, the area wasn't busy (it was around noon in a weekday).

Not my favorite Dunkin’ experience. I ordered croissants and they were very dry. They were out of creamer but had milk and sugar readily available. This is the international terminal and I wish more care was given to the coffee shop.

*UPSTAIRS/FOOD COURT LOCATION* Burnt croissant, not golden like the picture. Horrible customer service. Very soft spoken girl in the morning sounds like she whispers to customers, doesn't speak up or clearly. Just laid my order on the counter and walked away. I had to ask if my order was complete....no "ok, here's your order".....may just be a young, lazy generation thing. Not taught manners or customer service as an employee. Businesses with a lower than 4 star rating is suspect to begin with....

Maybe problem in NYC but it been second Dunkin’ Donuts where was rude service. I have no idea why u have this problem but I’m highly unrecommended this place and any Dunkin’ Donuts in NYC. They gave me half large cappuccino. They didn’t wanna give me answer to my question like they no service and like they my owner. I understand that it maybe only 2 of all places but steel in made bad meaning about all Dunkin’ Donuts!!!!
