I ordered from Uber Eats - originally I was going to order from another closer location but I checked the reviews and I didn’t like it. I found this one and it’s a 30-minute wait but I trusted the reviews. The food came and I was surprised to see a straw and ketchup included in the bag. People normally forget and this made me happy. A+ The burger was well seasoned and had the right amount of sauce even cold it was good. The fries were also cooked well. The milkshake was also amazing thanks again for putting a straw in the bag. I’m very happy with my order and I want to take the time to thank all the workers for making it will love. This first time I ordered outside of Manhattan and exactly had good food and service. I can’t tell you how many times I had to drink it from the cup and how many times I had unseasoned burgers. I will be ordering from again only I’m ordering more food. Thank you guys so much I have been having such a hard time in life this uplifted me.

If you are hungry at JFK airport, this is the place to go! $18 for a sausage, 2x egg and cheese sandwich with taters and a small strawberry shake. You will be stuffed afterwards and price is reasonable for that quantity, in the metropolitan area. Decent service and speed, considering fresh made sandwich and milk shake.

This is one of the best burger fast food chain in New York. The consistency of food quality is becoming an issue with so many branches opening up. It is still very popular locals and even tourists, but food taste must be made consistent to ensure this brand name will continue to be treasured.

Very good burgers in the waiting area at the boarding gates. However, the staff moves so slowly and not in a very organised way. Can be a bit stressful if you’re waiting for your flight at the same time. Also, the prices of the beverages is so high, it is not acceptable.

It's a fantastic franchise I find much better than most of the rest. Well worth a visit especially the one at The Edge in New York city
