This theater is in a convenient location and right in the middle of downtown. The theater is not that big, clean and simple. Movie was good quality and sounds were loud and clear. BUT I will not be returning to this location. Since it is in downtown, finding parking can be tough. I’ve also been spoiled with recliner seats which this theater did not have. The seats were uncomfortable and fabric was scratchy. I tried to not mind it but sitting for a 3 hour movie is pretty rough. It was also super HOT in the theater. That made my experience even more uncomfortable. I’m willing to drive a bit further for a better experience.

I did not like the parking situation. You pay just as much in parking as you do for the movie ticket. The Lobby is nice but the hallways leading to the theaters feel like something out of a horror movie. The seats in the theater feel like they might give at any moment. Not the most comfortable seats but you’ll get by. I don’t think I’m coming back to this location willingly.

Good place to go watch movies in Downtown, the sits are okay, it’s always hard to find a parking spot

This location does not even deserve a star, but I had no choice! I chose this place as it was in the middle between my friend and I. I clearly chose it blindly thinking it’s in the Theatre District Downtown so it must be decent. We had to pay $15 for parking in the garage opposite, well I didn’t know anything different and Downtown is a rip off anyways. We went in and it seemed normal from the outside, they even had valet. The smell of weed lingering in the air should have been my first clue to what was in store for me. As soon as we entered the Theatre it went downhill from there, the seats were made out of the cheap fabric not leather or PVC or whatever, they did not recline, they had holes in them, it was dirty and my chair rocked. If I used a UV light on this nasty seats Lord knows what I would find. I come from a humble upbringing but seriously this is an another level of bad up keeping. Management needs to renovate this place. You know you can afford it with charging people $34 for tickets!!! AMC 8 more like the 8th worst cinema. Never coming here again!!!

New in town and we loved the valet parking option. The theater seating was great and comfortable. The flatbread pizza was fresh and delicious. Popcorn was great, especially because it was free, my birthday reward. The service was great as well, Highly Recommend this location.
