My name is Anna, I'm writing to notify you about an incident that occurred yesterday, 05/16/2024, at approximately 1810hrs. Your driver, i have attached a photo of the truck with a truck number, had come into my place of work and assaulted me in a way that was totally unacceptable. He had come into my place of business while the restaurant was full of customers and set down to order something to eat. I had given him a menu and went to get his drink meanwhile, he was deciding on what to order. I had come back after a few minutes to take his order and he replied rudely "give me a minute DON'T PRESSURE ME" in an elevated voice. I saw something was off and gave him more time. I came back after another few minutes and again he replied "GIVE ME A MINUTE DON'T PRESSURE ME" WHY ARE YOU PRESSURING ME" screamed at me. I took the drinks from in front of him and i asked him to leave my restaurant. I focused on other customers and walked away. He became irate! Started to yell and call me names, he then preceded to get up from the table and knocked over a vase that was a decorative item on the table as well as salt and pepper containers, as he walked by me he knocked the food-prepared for another customer off of the bar ledge and hit my arm as he walked by, i was in shock that people can be like that. He assaulted me. I called the police and reported the assault. I'm not sure what kind of drivers you employ here but this behavior is totally unacceptable!!!! He's not welcome in my restaurant ever again!

I have been driving for this company for almost 9 months now. I have to say that I today am a better driver for sure, this totally is because they have allowed me to get better at a career I worked very hard to obtain. Dispatch and I indeed do go around and around sometimes, yet they continue to stay professional and even though I have gotten a little ugly with them they still treat me with the upmost respect. I so appreciate the opportunity and trust that has been given to me. Trans Am safety team works very hard Monday through Friday to make sure Trans Am drivers are staying safe out on the road, and I have been able to go to them everything I have had a safety concern. They always go right to work to get me the answers I need, and if they have not got the answer they will do everything they can to get me the answer. This is no lie. I have to say Thank you Trans Am for what I have today knowledge and and skill that I did not have before I started. Thank you!

They are just as much a joke in the industry as Swift. If you have a criminal record and are desperate to get some miles under your belt, they might be a perfect fit. Technically they are a leasing company since they make the majority of their money leasing trucks, not shipping. Only stay till you find something better. If you want to see how bad the company is just check out all the class action lawsuits against them. Definitely not a career, just a job.

This company totally sucks. Horrible place. They bring 50 people to orientation only to fire 90% of them. I'm not sure how they get home, but it's really bad. I've been driving 20 years and I've never seen a company so bad. Rather than help a driver through the obstacle course, they let them fail and fire them in orientation. How sad. They will tell you on the road to pull into a truck stop while they address a problem and have your truck towed while you are out, leaving you stranded without your gear. Absolutely savage. I wish this place would go out of business. What a disgrace to the trucking industry.

If I could give this company 0 starts I would. Easily the worst trucking company of all time. I’ll give you a few things on a 1-10, Pay-0, communication-0, equipment-8, management-0, dispatch-0 you’ll sit on hold for hours, you get the picture. Oh and on top of that they send rookie drivers out unprepared and then blame them when they inevitably F up. I was on a Walmart dedicated route back when that hurricane hit south Florida a few years ago, fixed rate bringing about 1k a week because it was considered emergency relief. The schedule was 6-7 days and go home 2, one week they sent me a check for $0.00 and you guessed it, they still owe me for that week. They never paid me and I never went back, made them send a wrecker to get their truck out of my yard. Last thing, driver that was in orientation with me was going through Texas taking a load to Lakeland Fl (he lived in Fl) they told him to take his truck to the KW shop for an oil change. When he got there they told him he was fired, which he deserved because he was a terrible driver, but they refused to get him a plane or bus ticket and told him he had to get home on his own. From TX to FL… he took a bus and he said it took him 2 days. So yeah worst trucking company of all time avoid at all cost.
