Liking the mobile app and the delivery Curbside too. Usually there between 5 am and 530 .. like seeing parking clean and recently HOSED off. Good food fast and fresh.

All I ordered was a McDouble and a spicy mcchicken with NO LETTUCE and a sprite, the only thing they got right was my sprite. I received a spicy mcchicken WITH lettuce and someone’s custom double cheeseburger with bacon, that even had a custom order tag on it and the food was so old, just frustrating. Why is there no quality standards and how hard is it to read and put less ingredients on something? Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I was on the highway, or else I would’ve gone and been a Karen in person. The guy at the main window was friendly, that’s the only good thing I can say.

The food was fine. The help was pleasant. I ordered double cheese and a drink about $4.70 At the window, I added a medium fries which ended being almost as much as my meal 3.90? My bad I didn't ask first. This would be very hard for some people. And I was using the drive thru.

I went through the drive through, and then I was asked to park. I know I'm probably in the minority on this, but I politely declined to park; if I wanted to park, I would not have gone through the drive through. Anyway, the manager came to the window, asked me to park, then argued with me saying that the food is made to order, and there were people behind me. I politely explained that I would stay where I was, so they should get my food out quickly so the people behind me don't wait too long. The manager then came outside and proceeded to serve people behind me and make me wait longer. It was spiteful, in poor taste, and a poor reflection on this McDonald's and it made clear that I was not as important as a customer as those who were BEHIND me.

We take the same yearly road trip and usually know the good stops, this is NOT one of them. The food was cold and the fries weren't even done. At least they had clean bathrooms 🤷
