Charges whatever it wants. Was charged $34 for just over an hour. Waited and no answer on the machine. Zero employees and no phone number on building or card, machine tells you to put bills in, but will only take card. Worst was it just sat on receipt printing for 137 seconds before it gave up.

What a rip off. I was charged $114 for 1.5 days. Apparently they renew the 24hr cost at 3am no matter when you arrived. It’s a total scam. Park somewhere else.

I appreciate that they have EV charging here! (Note: if charging your EV, *don't* get a ticket--the chargers are before that, inside the garage, on the left. Pull your car over and stop in the office to pay before parking to charge.) I found the place confusing at first. The attendant who helped me with the car charging (I didn't understand the procedure for paying) was ultimately helpful and friendly. Rates seem to differ from what they have posted on at least some signs.

Garage is secure and close by the Logan Airport. Take an Uber, not an airport taxi they are very high on their price. Also when you pay online for this parking make sure you have the exact days you pay for the parking, Do not try to make an extra time on another ticket. They would charge you their price on the days which you don't even know until you get your car.

Shady process and scam in my opinion. I paid for parking for 4 days via parkwhiz. But ended after day 1. No where in there booking process or at the facility does it state no in and out privileges. Even talk to the parkwhiz company. She was zero help and stated only 3% of parking nation wide has that privilege. I asked "Who is supposed to know that especially after I paid for 4 days.". TRAVELER BEWARE!!!! Just Uber or Lyft if visiting
