This hotel was not worth the price I paid, and I even booked it at a discount. It is advertised as a 3-star hotel, and this is far from accurate. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the receptionists were friendly. The hotel is located in a convenient area beside a lot of restaurants. My main issues were with the room. There was no complimentary shampoo/ conditioner, coffee, iron or hangers. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The faucet outside the bathroom was leaking water over the counter. The AC unit was noisy. The floors were dirty. There were multiple flies in the room. During the evening time, there was obnoxious music blaring from the parking lot and constant commotion from guests lingering around outside. The bed was comfortable, and overall I slept surprisingly well. Thankfully I was only staying for a night. I was eager to leave the following morning!

Got in the room after a 5 hour drive was tired laid on our bed and it was so hard!!! Finally got comfortable and fast forward to taking my shower the tub was wobbling I thought I was going to fall through. The bathroom was so dirty! The floors were dirty. Just when I thought things couldn’t get no worse my mother in law kills a big roach they also have bed bugs. I was very disappointed and 100 was not even worth this hotel! I was ready to get my refund and go to a different one.

Made a reservation and thought the hotel was right at the street, according to the pictures we saw online. Checked in after finding hotel located behind another hotel on market st. Room assigned was on the back side, even though there were plenty of rooms available. First night there was ok. However, I found a hair in the tub that wasn't ours but figured it was an oversight. We were from out of town dealing with a family crisis for the weekend. 2nd day, hubby requested clean sheets on bed. Came back from being with family, and bed hadn't been touched. We were given clean sheets, and the trash emptied. Floors were not swept, nor was the tub properly cleaned- I cleaned it myself. Paint job has missed spots around the doors, and on the wall behind the TV. There was only 2 small bars of soap for 4 people. Management got maid service to give us clean sheets, and toilet paper as we were almost out of that as well. My service dog has to be walked on occasion, and the lady next to us let her dog out, a small dog like a small tiny toy dog, without a leash. After her dog decided to come over and pest my dog, with me handling my service dog to get her in the room, I was perturbed. there is a leash law in nc, and this woman clearly disobeyed that law. If her dog would have harmed my service dog, then she would have had to pay the vet bill for my dog. Service dogs are covered under the ADA. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room both clean and a chair at a desk. the microwave was on the desk. There wasn't any dressers in the room, no coffee pot and no coffee at the front desk for guests. Rooms are smaller some than the pictures show. there was also a guest who was working on his car in the parking lot, and car was on a car trailer. We toughed it out because we have someone very sick in the family, and it was an emergency trip. This morning as we were leaving, there was several men playing loud rap music, talking loud, and sounding the car alarms as we were pulling off. We felt like we were in the hood or something. I won't be staying at this motel again, even though the manager was nice enough to get us clean sheets and toilet paper. It wasn't worth it to us in the end to stay there, and we should have chosen better. Lesson learned. Our birthday weekend was stressed out enough worrying about family without the extra mess going on at the hotel.

This motel is the worst, for $175.00 you would think that you would get a decent room. But instead this is what I experienced the door didn't lock (deadbolt). The room has roaches and sewer flies. They installed new headboards and never bothered to repair holes in the walls where the old headboards were, and also didn't paint the area where the headboards were. It looks like they repaired holes in the walls that basically look like a 2 year old did it. The bathtub has about 6 cigarette burns in it where this is supposed to be a non smoking room. The bathtub has rust throughout. Also the bathroom had 3 areas where they repaired holes in the sheetrock (drywall) and never finished it, they never sanded it down or painted it, the bathroom door didn't shut properly when you shut it the top of the door closed and bottom didn't. Just a overall let down I don't think that I am a unreasonable man but this room should not have been to anyone. Also dirty.

I am usually not picky about hotels and I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but this motel was absolutely horrible. Room not cleaned whatsoever. Dust, dirt and glitter(?) all over the floors. Blood splatter in the bathroom. Spiders in both beds. Paper thin walls had a baby crying in the next room over all night. Water pressure in bathroom trickling out of the shower head. The office manager barely spoke english and argued with me about giving us another pillow or blanket. People doing and selling drugs openly in parking lot. Ive stayed at 100s of lower cost hotels and never had an experience like this. Spend the extra $20 and stay at a different hotel.
