Customer Service is excellent Yuri and Desmond took time out their busy day to help me find a pair of curtains that I have been looking for since last week. The item was hiding behind another item. As a team they made sure they searched everywhere before letting me know it was out of stock. Please show them some type of appreciation for their Great work ! The world need more workers like them. You always hear the bad things, but never the Great things that workers do. Thank you again! You made my day. I also had my car serviced. Ryan and Rashad were extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciate their hard work. They informed me about my bent rim and what I needed to do. Their Customer Service skills are Excellent and I will be returning to have my car serviced again. Please show them some type of appreciation for their hard and helpful work. Thank you.

Walmart has everything you need!! And shopping is made even easier because the aisles are labeled and if you use the app you can walk directly to the merch you are looking to purchase saving precious time!! In my store Aisle K24, walked right to it!!

I sat over one hour for a grocery pickup, the first employee I spoke with asked for the order name, which I gave and explained that I had been waiting for a pickup, the lady said she was the only employee loading vehicles, this was right after I saw a male employee load a car next to ours who had arrived while we were waiting. She said to give her a few minutes, I didn’t see her anymore, after waiting for an hour I then spoke to another employee who told me that he was helping, and that he didn’t even work in that department and even when I explained that I had been waiting for an hour and sat in my car looking at other cars drive up, get loaded and leave, I was told that I would just have to wait and that I could go in and complain but “they won’t do anything but tell me the same thing “ per the employee. That’s exactly what happened, I went in spoke to someone in customer service who said they would page, the department head who by the way never came to the front to speak with me, I eventually canceled my order. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our experiences in this Walmart have been pretty good. The store seemed well stocked and we found exactly what we were looking for the last time we were there. Check-out was a little on the slow side, but the cashiers were super friendly.
