The room was okay but it smelled like mildew. I didn't see any insects, which was good. The internet here was AWFUL. I don't know how there are so many reviews saying that the Internet is good here because it was barely usable during my two night stay. They have Roku TVs here which is nice, but they require the Internet to watch anything so I had nothing to do the whole weekend. They allowed my cat which is more than I can say about the Days Inn near by. I think the window in my room was leaking or something because several things in my room that were sitting near it got drenched.

Don't book here! We arrived at 8:20 P.M. No one was at the desk. A sign said ring the bell and please be "patient." We waited 20 minutes and rang the bell several times. We have a reservation so they knew we were coming. I could hear the bell ringing in the apartment behind the door. We wandered outside a couple of times trying to attract a manger's attention. We called the phone number (the phone rang in front of us) and left a message. At 9:00 P.M. we left and booked into another hotel in town. After continuing to call them for three days to request a refund, they refused. They are pirates! They do not deserve one star.

Had one of my employees stay here worst place ever he goes through your room just to check up on things while you’re not there. Can’t have the lights past a certain time can’t do anything while your in your room. Very prejudice people. We work hard to afford a place to stay and pay honest money to the place but they watch your every move if you use the air conditioner to long they come and complain if you shower too long they get on to you if your car is to big they don’t want you here I don’t understand how this place is operational Horrible horrible place.

It is a very cheap and basic motel. I was called to a bar to assist an intoxicated man. He had limited funds and this motel is cheap. The man that checked us in made an uncomfortable comment about me and the man having loud and good sex. I corrected him that that was defiantly not going to occur. He chuckled and and told me I was lying. The room was clean. Bathroom looked to be clean also. The bed was as expected and the pillows were FLAT. 2 pillows stacked still would not have been enough for me. I returned an hour before checkout to make sure the man was out before checkout. The man checked the room before giving back a deposit. He was friendly and told me we were wonderful guests and enthusiastically invited us back but also made a couple more inquiries to if the man and I had good drunk sex. I would only stay here if I was stranded in town with little money.

I recently moved to Willmar and my apartment was not immediately available so I needed a clean, economical, and safe place to stay. The Cozy Inn was perfect. It is owned by a nice Mom and Pop who take pride in providing quality service and comfort to their guests. I stayed for one month and the rate was extremely reasonable. My room had a comfortable, queen-sized bed; A/C; dresser; nightstand; closet; small refrigerator; microwave; and a private bathroom and shower. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower as most hotels/motels are not that strong. The owner does have some rules (no guests, no hot plate), but those are for the safety of his guests. I cannot stress how extremely clean this motel is. Moreover, the owners are so friendly. They were concerned that I was comfortable and happy, and I was. If you need a place to stay for an extended time, or even just a night, I would recommend the Cozy Inn.
