I went to go get a few syringes for my medication, i usually go to any pharmacy ( including the ones that’s not cvs) and get them without any problems or hesitation. The doctor gave me such a hard time!! Something that could’ve took two minutes turned into 25 minutes because he couldn’t verify my last refill. Also he accused me of buying needles to give to the homeless on the streets. He saw the medication I use it for on my profile….Sir I am 22 ,very much clean and wouldn’t do such a thing. The lady there was nice and she understood on why I needed them, even she looked quite annoyed. I will never go back here again. I do not know his name nor care but he does have an African accent.

Thanks for having me unload both toddlers out of the car just to say you couldn’t do a flu vaccine. I called in advance to see if she could get it and the pharmacist said it was fine. Also please work on phone system set up because it took me over three minutes to even reach somebody on the phone.#wasteoftime #poorservice

I recently moved to Harker Heights in June 2023 . I have been seeing an orthopedic dr and surgeon for my degenerative disease and she ( pharmacist) tells me she is not filling it because my dr is not a pain management dr ! Um I have been seeing this dr for 4 years for back and neck pain and have had surgery for pain management through this highly accredited facility and the pharmacy isn’t declined my prescription ! In all my 9 years filling at CVS this has never happened . I asked pharmacist should I go back to the town I moved from CVS and have it filled there which is 45 miles south of me and she states “ do what you need to do “ ( so I am doing what I need to do and write this review mam!) and walked back to her hiding spot ! Very rude pharmacist ! Rudest one I have been dealt with in my life especially with a CVS ! Never mind that , they open at 10 am and close at 6pm !!! And close for 1:30-2pm to eat . Do not use this CVS , rude customer service and a not so friendly pharmacist who apparently doesn’t like her job and lacks zero customer service skills ! Come on CVS DO BETTER ! Trust me when I say go to a different one ! Save your self the frustration of having to show your not so nice side !!! Horrible CVS just plain horrible !

When I see the 2 gentleman working the pharmacy I walk away and come back later, when they are working the line is long and slow moving at best. Communications are bad at best. I never have a good experience with they are working. When the young lady is working I am a happy customer, she is professional, organized, customer focused and knows her stuff. Today it was the 2 gentlemen and I had to pick up a script and check on a refill. Sure enough slow, poor communication and unprofessional. I need to look to moving my scripts to Cigna online pharmacy.
