Terrible pick up services. Waited over 40 minutes for a truck to Lot 1, while in the same time approximately 4 services for Lot 2 arrived. Tried to call, talk to the other drivers, no one seemed to care. After the wait time the driver still serviced other terminals despite us telling them we already waited over 40 minutes. All in all it took us over an hour to get to our Lot... Cannot recommend.

WORST PARKING SHUTTLE SERVICE EVER. Had to wait over 20 mins going and coming. We saw 5 shuttles come and go from ever other service before ours arrived. I prepaid and was charged an extra $7 on the way out which I will be disputing on my card. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable shuttle service.

Dropped off a friend here and the guy at the front desk said that we could go in with no problem and we didn’t have to pay but still pull a ticket. Upon exiting, we were not allowed to leave without paying $7 for 3mins. Clearly a rip off when they TELL you “I got you!” and when you complain.. it’s “well it’s on the sign” thanks Angel (that’s the attendants name)!

First time parking at the airport zero problems! shuttle bus was waiting when I got to the parking lot picked up two more clients and dropped us off at our terminal.when we got back, we just had to wait 10 minutes for shuttle to pick us up. Will definitely come back
