Let me let everyone know what a horrible customer service this company has... On 1/21/2019 we experienced a flat tire due to the tires on the car that was given to us at the airport location being worn out. We called customer service to see what can be done and also called the location to see if roadside assistance can help us. Sandra Acosta (who advised she was the manager) informed us that we denied to take the road side assistance. I informed her that her employee Tiffany never informed us about the roadside assistance program so we assumed it was part of the rental. She told us that we need to pay to bring them additional chargers for them to bring us a new car, to take the old car back and pay $2.50 per mile ( even though the tire issue was part of the rental company fault for providing us with a vehicle that has worn out tires) She also told my husband that he had to leave with the tow truck driver and leave me and my 18 months old son in the plaza (which by the way was in a bad area in Houston, TX) because the tow truck driver can’t take responsibility and come back for us once we got our new rental. I told my husband not worry about it and that we will figure something out. We were able to find a tire shop to replace the tire (they inspected the other 3 tires and they advised that they needed to be replaced ASAP or else we were going to run into the same issue) Like I mentioned earlier, I have an 18 month old son that is in the car with us. What if we would have gotten into a car accident because of the tire with a child in the car? My Husband went to the airport and was able to exchange the car. When we went to return the new car on 1/23/2019 they still had the previous car on the lot ready to be rented with the same worn out 3 tires, never replaced the tires. Then we received a message from the manager saying she can’t do anything about the money we spent on the tire bc of the rate discount on our Amex card rate, which has nothing to do with their failed vehicles. She advised that the only thing they can do is give us $20 towards the tire which we know tires are expensive. Nothing else has been done and they feel that they have provided their best customer service to resolve this matter. I urge you all to avoid renting from this company because the safety of their customers is not in their core values.

Was on a cruise trip to Houston and decided to rent a car instead of taking bus since I got a group to take care. I was worried after looking at the reviews here and didn't have high expectation on this company. But the experience for me is quite smooth and satisfied. Getting car and returning is fast and easy. Price is very good. The car was in good condition. No extra hassle regarding insurance/filling gas/etc. I will definitely consider them again next time when I rent a car.

I reserved a car from the George bush international airport from their website. Mind you these was 3 weeks prior. When I got there was all these charges including a young driver charge that the website does not talk about. The customer service was horrible too. Stay away from this rental company. The only way I’ll change my mind about them is when they give me back the money they took from me and my convenience. I think if there was a way for a negative star, I’d grant them -1.

Experiences whit car rental companies might varies. Maybe for me the day which I rented my car from E-Z Rent car, was not my lucky day.This is by far my worst car rental experience ever. The car was not new and in a good condition. Its tire was a long time overdue and I had to change the tire myself, guess what? The tire size was extremely hard to find and I had to go through 3 different tire stores at the day which I had my return flight!!! I didn't have time to have even my lunch. When I returned the car. I was waiting at least 45 minutes for my reimbursement paperwork and at the end, I came back empty-handed. The tire change cost has been reimbursed later in less than a week but what I learned is that choosing a wrong car rental company can completely ruin your trip and put you through a lot of stress which is completely unnecessary. I will never ever rent car from this company again.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE..I reserved a car online for 197.00 through expedia. At Houston IAH airport. Our AMex covers the insurance.My husband picks up the car. the representative said did you want 12.99 toll he said sure. He thinks it’s 12.99 one time charge. His total Was quotes double to 468.00 and 200 will be taken off at the end when he returns the vehicle It was not. So we call Customer Service and We spoke to Gwen R. In Guatemala and she was rude. Stating my husband signed a contract and agreed. All I can say is we travel often and rent cars a lot never had we had such awful service. This place is a complete Rip-off. I don’t recommend to anyone.. And i have never written a negative review but today I’m am completely disappointed ☹️ in this company I guess they are desperate for money . And giving them a one star ⭐️ Is not even deserving
