Everything ran smoothly this time. Please note: This is the only rental company open in the middle of the night! My incoming flight landed at midnight, and my outgoing flight was at 4AM, so AVIS was the only option. Luckily, they were open! The electric car was absolutely fun, quiet, and comfortable! Checkout was fast and easy, and check-in was smooth and automated.

The only thing I hated was the long line at 2am. Other than that no problems whatsoever. I was in and out with a nice roomy vehicle (with a little garbage in it) for my family. I will most definitely come back. Best car rental from airport so far

As a presidents club member cars are supposed to be ready. I waited along with a lot of other people over an hour in the preferred line because they had no cars at 10pm on Friday night. The normal lines were worse for budget and Avis. The poor girls at front desk had to run back and forth to car wash to get them! Where is the MANAGER! He should be here seeing what his understaffing and poor management is doing to clients and employees. I watched two girls bring back a car they waited an hour to get because it only had 20 percent charge on the electric car they didn't want anyway. Horrific service and need to be rectified because they said it happened weekly !! No cars were ready and everyone had preferred center on the board

Great as usual with the preferred program. You choose your car before you arrive. They then tell you the location of your car and you just go right to it to pick it up. Just show your drivers license on the way out.

I have had one of the most horrible experiences with Avis today. Picked a car on tuesday and this morning didn't want to start, got towed and had to change car from a nearby Avis, the car I got is very uncomfortable so therefore I might drive back to Houston Avis for a switch!!!! We're paying lots of money for good service. Please inspect your car before giving it away, this is the third car I received that had issues.... I'm coming to get another car !
