This Starbucks in Terminal C by Gates 34 NEVER has this or never has that. Yesterday they didn't have Chai liquid or Oatmilk for the new Spring drink or anything that requires oatmilk. Last week, they didn't have the dehydrated Strawberries for the Pink Drink. Another time, they didn't have the Praline flavor for my Cold Foam. It's just always something and they can never make my simple Matcha Lemonade right because they insist on watering down or diluting the Lemonade til it tastes like nasty lemonade water instead of a true Lemonade that I pay for. It's just so frustrating. Please do better keeping this location fully STOCKED & teaching these young people the correct way to make your signature drinks, coffees & espressos. *Pictures below are of other Starbucks locations in IAH, that I had to walk to who were fully stocked in Terminal E & Terminal A in order to get these drinks.*

Overall pretty good everything was standard pricing. They also have us a free frapp which was nice. Feta wrap was delicious and I would recommend it. Lines weren’t too long either.

The food was tasty as always. What ruined the whole experience was the servers handing out the coffee. This one girl with a nose piercing was rude when I tried asking about my pastries I had been waiting over 10 minutes for. I don’t mind waiting but I wanted to make sure they hadn’t forgotten me because it happens. She said “ they’re going to call your name!” with the worst attitude, before I could even finish speaking. Then another customer told them they need to be nicer and they rolled their eyes at her and were saying nasty things after she walked away. A third customer also brought to their attention their bad attitude and they just kept laughing like it was funny. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

Nice location but understaffed. I can see people who are working there look tired and demotivated. I ordered a drink via app and waited around for 20 minutes. I did not want to bother the staff that was obviously trying their best and decided to walk away. Please consider staffing up to a higher level to maintain the service that starbucks' customers are accustomed to. Note: Check out Starbucks near C11. It is a much smaller setup but has more staff than this store.

Very quiet location near gate C33. There were lesser customers than other stores but the staffs looked very exhausted already at 10am. They were too busy with their smartphone . The steamed milk was unattended 1-2minutes.
