Great coffee, but just like literally every single review indicates, the staff look like they dont want to be there. Dont hire people who will ruin your brand! Hopefully corporate bellies look into the quality of service of their locations!

Server didn’t want to be here and was more interested in texting on her phone. Coffee and croissant. Coffee (americano) weak. Croissant rock hard and stale. Suggest pay the extra at other brands. Pathetic.

They don’t have sugar packets. They use a liquid sugar that is weak and makes the coffee warm not hot. The danish I had was stale. Took a few minutes, about 5-6 to place order. Not happy with this place at IAH terminal D.

Matcha latte was made well. Glad I didn’t have to say to not make it sweet for it to not be too sweet like it usually is at Starbucks. Cashier lady has a good sense of humor.

I had a large Mocha and cheese danish and my wife had a large, plain old coffee with lots of cream. Delicious hot coffee!
